A platform with 200+ screens, six user types, and 40,000 active users could not afford disruption. We needed to redesign completely while maintaining continuity.

We ran a deep discovery phase with 34 user interviews across all user types, then built a new information architecture and design system simultaneously — shipping the redesign in staged rollouts.
